Refund policy
Full Refunds: Available only if requested at least 7 days before the term start date. No Refunds: We cannot issue refunds within 7 days of the term start date or after the course has already commenced.

Pause policy
If you experience an illness or significant personal emergency during your course: We offer the option to pause your course and receive store credit (instead of a refund). Eligibility: To qualify for a pause, you must provide official documentation, such as a medical certificate or proof of emergency.
